A lemon is a type of fruit, a citrus fruit to be exact. They can be grown by seed or grafting. Today we will not focus on how to cultivate it, only how to process it after harvesting.
We all know that lemons are picked mainly by hand, but most of the sorting and packaging after picking choose high-efficiency lemon sorting and packaging lines. Here is an introduction to the Fstsort lemon automatic sorting and packaging line.
The Fstsort lemon grading, weighing and packaging line is composed of eight parts: automatic dumping machine, belt conveyor, grading machine, weighing system, vibration machine, sealing machine and turning machine, and telescopic power roller. Put the large frame forklift with lemon on the automatic dumping machine and automatically turn it over 160 degrees, evenly enter the conveyor, and transport it to the roller classifier for size classification. Place the empty box on the powered drum at the bottom of the grading conveyor belt and automatically distribute it to each outlet. The lemon is transported to the box. According to the set weight, the conveyor belt is automatically stopped to send out the weighed box. The slight vibration on the vibrating machine makes the lemons spread flat in the box, enter the box sealing machine to automatically seal the box, and the sealed lemons are transported to the designated place on the telescopic roller.
The Fstsort lemon grading packaging line can not only be used for sorting and packaging lemons, but also for processing oranges, passion fruit, avocados and other fruits. The sorting efficiency is high, and it is truly a machine with multiple uses and high cost performance.
