The working principle of the onion classifier: the onion classifier is composed of a lifting conveyor and a roller driven classifier. The role of the lifting conveyor is: the Onions can be turned over according to the rollers to achieve balanced feeding, and the Onions are transported to the wool roller conveyor, and the Onions with soil can be cleaned up .The roller drive classifier is also called the roller classifier. The roller classifier rotates through rolling bearings and pushes all the roller shafts of the graded bed to move forward in parallel, gradually increasing the center distance between the rollers. Reach the corresponding size of the onion, make the onion fall into the conveyor belt from the gap between the rollers, and realize the purpose of grading the onion size. The outlet of the grading machine is directly bagged and sealed by the bag filling device to realize the grading cyclically. Note: Because the distance between the rollers is gradually opened, there is no jam phenomenon, so you can use it with confidence.

As is known, onion is a very difficult kind of vegetable to work with. Leaves, dust and dirt punishes every part of the machine, So the materials we use for our custom-made onion sorters are very durable. Another very important point is that the roller-type onion classifier is very accurate in sorting and will not cause any damage to the onions during the sorting process.
