At present, in the northern hemisphere, especially in China, citrus fruits are ripe for the market from November to January each year. Several varieties of citrus can be seen on the shelves of the fruit and vegetable section in many shopping centers and supermarkets. Currently we have various sorting methods for round fruits such as citrus. They can be classified by weight or by size of the fruit, that is, by diameter. Among the machines classified by size, there are two types, one is a machine with stainless steel rollers, and the other is to use several drums with different size holes.
